Just last week I released my 2nd quarter newsletter for 2020.
In it, I provided an update on COVID-19 as it pertains to buying and selling real estate in the Portland metro market (Oregon and SW Washington as well).
I offered a market update on the latest happenings locally in real estate, including information, data and some opinion about why the market is behaving the way it is. I included links to 3 recent YouTube videos I created, including a Market Update video, a First Time Homebuyer Video, and a 10 Things to Know About Mortgages video.
Finally, I included some stats and thoughts from the RMLS for the 2nd quarter and wrapped it up with announcing the 2nd quarter referral winner for a $100 gift card.
