The Portland real estate market was unique and pretty fascinating to watch unfold in 2020. It wasn’t like any other year I have experienced in my roughly 12 years in real estate, and that certainly includes the market collapse of 2008.
In this video, I take a dive into the local Portland residential real estate data from last year and December 2020 to tell a tale of what happened. You can start to make some guesses on where that might lead us in 2021, but I’ll save that for another video that I’ll shoot soon!
